I ran out of gas yesterday in the Napoli Pizza parking lot. I ran in to tell the owner, George that I was calling AAA. George dropped all he was doing to help me and insisted I cancel the AAA request. He put the gas he had for his generator into my car. When that wasn’t quite enough he gave me the keys to his car to get more gas. He doesn’t know me at all but jumped to help. I couldn’t thank him enough. In a time where most people would have driven by he stayed by my side to assist. He mentioned assisting with the hope that should something happen to his family someone would stop to help. This is a lesson I will forever remember. We have always been customers of Napoli. The kindness George showed is also woven in the fabric of his business and staff. We will forever remain loyal customers Thanks George.

I have to give 5/5!!!...from the customer service and very clean/bright atmosphere to the fresh quality food!! I am impressed and will definitely be back. The owner who actually has a couple other locations on the south shore was just a genuinely kind, good energy, make your day better type of guy, I cannot wait to come back to be honest!! The salad was fresh and crisp not soggy and dated with low quality lettuce and other produce like I’ve come to expect from restaurants unfortunately ..the pizza was delicious, the pepperonis and crust were both crisp like I like them not to much sauce and just tasted fresh...I can’t wait to try some of his other menu items!! Great experience

Owner is friendly and funny. I had the best steak and cheese....it was to die for and it was made to perfection. I'm Truly a satisfied customer. I will definitely go back!

I live and work in the landing just moments away from Napoli's. It has become a go to spot not just because of the amazing food, which it is, the best Caesar wrap, slice, tuna salad, and greek salads to mention a few. It's the staff for me though! They are friendly and warm, when I walk in I'm greeted personally and enthusiastically. they have gotten to know my orders and always make my food perfectly

The sign says best pizza in town. We were skeptical because it looked like a hole in the wall which it is. But they are true to their word and in our opinion it is the best pizza in town. We have actually never tried any other Pizza in town. But this place was really really good. We had a plain cheese pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza and a gluten-free pizza with eggplant jalapeno and anchovy. For the latter, you might say ew! But hey that's what I like. The crust on the regular pizzas was very good thin and yummy. The gluten-free crust was as you could expect. Very chewy and yummy. Highly recommended.
